Yahar’gul, Unseen Village… a place lost to the rest of the world. It is here that Hunters may discover the true nature of Yharnam and, indeed, the very reality they inhabit. Twisted and unspeakable creatures, even compared to the ones infesting the streets of the city, lay in wait of any foolish enough to enter their domain. Unlike the usual foes present in Yharnam, those residing in Yahar’gul are touched by a deeper madness… They are more ferocious, and possess an otherworldly resilience compared to their Yharnamite counterparts. Sometimes slaying these foes is but a temporary inconvenience, as they rise once again to seek the Hunters. What unspeakable influence pervades this place, and how can we find the means to stop it? Yahar, gul, Unseen Village is a Kickstarter Exclusive expansion that takes Hunters to this macabre village and introduces new enemies, a new Boss, and a whole new campaign!
Yahar, gul, Unseen Village is a Kickstarter Exclusive expansion that takes Hunters to this macabre village and introduces new enemies, a new Boss, and a whole new campaign!
Yahar,gul, Unseen Village comes with:
- 4 Cramped Casket figures
- 4 Kidnapping Figures
- 1 The One Reborn Boss figure
- 1 Double-Sided Oversized Tile
- 1 New Campaign, consisting of 67 cards (Cards, Enemy Cards, Behavior Cards)
Cramped Caskets come in two forms, which are good for the Hunter: The first prefers lumbering towards their prey, seeking to crush them beneath their huge weight. While slow, any Hunter caught by this attack does not stand much of a chance. Their second method of attack is to be tested at the Hunter: Not a much better way to die. Worse, au fait de leur “already undead” nature, if not just dispatched, the Cramped Caskets might just be going back over themselves, restoring themselves to full capacity.
An enigmatic enemy to be sure, the Kidnapper does not seem to be wanting to be slain, but they are taking over, what can they assume is, an even worse fate. Hungry people with overhead attacks with their large burlap sacks. Once damaged, however, the creatures go into a rage, becoming even more deadly than before.
Born from the maddening effects of the Blood Moon, the One Reborn is a massive amalgamation of bodies. Capable of drowning the arena in viscous gore, dropping mounds of bodies from the very sky, and possessing a large and deadly frame, the One Reborn is a true threat to not only the Hunters but humanity as a whole. It is a thing that defies every part of the natural process and should be struck down without hesitation.
In this new campaign players will explore the lost village of Yahar, gul, where the Blood Moon hangs perpetually in the sky and an otherworldly presence can be felt in the air. Hunters will not only compete with seemingly undying enemies, but will be confronted with the infectious insanity that has claimed the city. As they progress towards the campaign’s end, the veil of reality seems to rip and tear, and dark truths begin to reveal themselves. It seems here, in this accursed place, that the insight that hunters so often seek to become anathema to them, exposing them to things has never meant to know. Players will have to balance their secrets with their “how much knowledge is too much?” if they wish to succeed. bloodmoon
